If you’re flying JetBlue or Southwest, they do have a Twitter that they keep updated on a fairly regular basis. Southwest “tweets” at least 2 or 3 times a day (from what I have seen), and JetBlue pops up from time to time. Here’s a helpful little notification from JetBlue:

Still wish that they’d fly direct from NY to Raleigh though…
- Not only did these Delta passengers get stranded in an airport 5 hours from where they should have landed, a bus carrying passengers to the original airport crashed, killing the driver & sending 12 passengers to the hospital. Bet they didn’t get their money back either.
- Spirit Airlines graciously drops their $10 fee for booking flights online.
- American Airlines customers get so angry at the crew for being late that the airline punishes them by delaying their flight for a day & sending their luggage the the wrong airport.
- Delta flight blows out tires, circles JFK airport to burn off fuel, dumps more fuel in the water & lands safely. Spokeswoman “did not know when they were last replaced.” Show of hands – who thinks they still made those passengers pay for their ticket anyway?
- This woman should have checked the website, but she also should have gotten the names of both Delta reps who gave her the wrong information and almost cost her an extra $300 on an already $306 ticket.
- United Airlines blames pilots for canceled/delayed flights.
- American Airlines lies and cheats customers just as badly as Delta does.
